Caring for you and your loved ones.
Our aim is simple – to set a higher standard for domiciliary care and help you enjoy every minute of your life, where you are valued, listened to and included.
We want you to have the opportunity to live a normal life in the comfort of your own home and in your community.
We believe than when care options are considered – it should be Home 1st.
Principles of care delivery
Quality care
Our Home Care Workers receive high levels of training and support to deliver care to you at the same standards that they would be happy for someone they love and care to receive.
Putting you 1st
You are at the centre of your support, and based on what you need – focusing on every little detail.
Enabling you
We allow you to do as much as you safely can, with the peace of mind that help is there. We use technology and equipment where it is safe and appropriate to complement your package.
Consistent Home Care Workers
We assign you with regular Home Care Workers whom you can bond with over time. This promotes familiarity and strong relationships and a stress-free experience.
Companionship
Our Home Care Workers will work closely with you and offer you their undivided attention and support through their visits. We can also refer you to groups and activities you may be interested in.
Flexibility
We are a local company and our Home Care Workers live locally. We offer flexible care packages that work for you and we can respond to your needs and change your support as needed.
